The hotel's location was convenient, with a restaurant right in front of accessible bays and just a 15-minute walk to Eyre Square. However, we were disappointed to find out that it was actually quite far from the city center.
The bar food and drinks service was slow and the staff seemed untrained.

Great value for money, the room was amazing and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel had a lovely look both inside and out, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was ideal and the overall cleanliness was spotless.
Breakfast offerings could be improved by serving it on warm plates to keep the food hot.

The value for money at this hotel was great and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient with nearby amenities and the staff treated us with friendliness and helpfulness.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by providing more variety or adding some local dishes.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Galway and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, as it was close to the ferry to the Aran Islands and in the heart of the town. It was also near all the main tourist spots in Galway, which made sightseeing a breeze. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right. it was a wonderful stay.
The only downside was that the bar was a bit disorganized and difficult to get service at times.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a fantastic swimming pool, sauna, and steam room where we could relax and unwind. Additionally, the on-site restaurant and bar served delicious food and drinks, and the continental breakfast was a great start to our day.

Our New Year's stay was amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made us feel right at home. We also loved the complementary snacks and drinks, and the location was perfect as it was near the shopping district and clinic. The parking was also a great advantage.
There were a few things that we didn't like. The pool was quite crowded and the noise level was high, especially since there were swimming lessons happening at the same time.
